Do I need reservations?

Reservations are required, purchasing your ticket in advance is highly recommended as our tours often sell out. By making a reservation, you can select the date and time of your preference and have your tickets e-mailed directly to you. Our tours leave steadily throughout the day) (Groups of 17 people or more should call our Group Sales Coordinator at (888) 919-4283  Discount rates are available to groups.)

What are your hours of operation?

Weather permitting, we are open daily except Christmas Day.

How long does the tour last?
Depends on the tour. Anywhere from 20 minutes to several hours.

Is the tour narrated?

Tours can be narrated by your licensed guide or you can enjoy a quiet romantic ride. The driver will ask you which you would prefer.

Where will my carriage tour go and what will I see on the historical residential tour?

We have several tours that range from a ride around Downtown, to a grand tour of the King Williams District.

A person in our party has physical limitations. Is boarding the carriage difficult?

We make every effort to accommodate guests with special needs.

How many people do your carriages seat?

Up to 14 passengers.

Should I tip my guide?

If you would like to express your thanks for a job well done please tip your driver. They work hard to take care of your horse, carriage, and ensure that your have a memorable tour.

Is parking available?

There are multiple parking garages and lots near our pickup point.

Can I buy a drink or snacks at your location?

You can purchase bottled water before or after your tour.
