Being such, by agreeing to the terms and conditions you can not hold us liable for any personal injury that might arise from a booking that was made through Carriage Booking, LLC.

All Highland Park Ride sales are final.

By requesting a reservation you acknowledge that each transaction will carry a processing fee ranging from $3.99 to $49.95.

Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of a scheduled ride are non-refundable.

Reservations cancelled  72 hours before a scheduled ride will be refunded fully minus the deposit initially taken.

Standard deposits range from $50 to 100% of the transaction.

Carriage Stand Voucher sales are final.

Carriage Tickets will not be honored during Valentines Weekend (2-13 thru 2-14).

Refunds can take anywhere between 7 to 10 business days.
